Our team provides end-to-end support throughout the construction process, from pre-construction planning to on-site supervision and project closeout.

Oversee all aspects of the project from RFP, bidding, Project awarded, Submittals, samples, site management, on site Superintendent, landlord coordination, clients vendors coordinator, Subcontractors… from inception to turnover and punch list sign off.

Oversee client’s vendors, subcontractors and supplies. We manage them as if they are our own vendor or subcontractor. This includes but not limited to review their shop drawings, scheduling, submittal, on site delivery and coordination.

We conduct a pre-lease job site walkthrough with the client or landlord so potential issues, hidden costs or unforeseen delays can be identified from the onset of the lease or project.

We provide budgeting and estimating services pre leasing, within the design phase of a project and within the bidding timeframe. This allows a full understand of the design details and costs associated with a project in a timely fashion.
